When conflicts have escalated, bringing in an external, impartial mediator may be the best option. We are fully trained and experienced in handling a variety of workplace and organizational disputes, ranging from higher ed to corporate settings. We are often most called upon to assist in cases when there is an ongoing relationship between the parties and/or when issues of identity are a core component of the conflict. Specific types of conflicts may fall into the following categories:
